Chillwall allows you to create a “Chillwall ID” to Log In to use the service. This convenient service saves you time and allows for easier use of our web services and permits you to access functionality not otherwise available from Chillwall. Here’s how it works: You create a personal profile — providing your name, email address, and in some cases information about your preferences. The system saves your information and assigns you a personal Chillwall ID — in many cases simply your email address, because it’s unique and easy to remember. The next time you wish to use Chillwall, all you need to do is enter your Chillwall ID and password; the system looks up the information it needs to provide you with the service.
In some contexts using the service, information you share is visible to other users. We make reasonable efforts to make it clear when information is visible to anyone other than you.
Personally identifiable information you submit in a forum that is public can be read, collected, or used by other individuals beyond Chillwall’s control. Chillwall is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to share. Chillwall will never publish your personal information without your express consent. Usage data which has been rendered non-personal through aggregation with population data cannot be removed from heuristic data sets, and will not be deleted.
